I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with bedroom, a flushing toilet was not a problem. The location is favourable as it's just off the metro station and the train station, the Costa coffee shop and the tube and a tube stop so a really good base to get around London...

Tidy hotel with brilliant location in London near London, the tube station, and an Italian cafe. Attentive and efficient staff, free wake up service and ironing available.
Kind of rude staff!

hotel is literally above Euston Square underground station (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith lines), a 3 minute walk from Warren Street station (Northern and Victoria lines). King's Cross-St. Pancras station is about 15 minutes away. There are restaurants and bars in the area, also on nearby Tottenham Court Road, where there are also many shops. modern room, slightly larger than the standard in London, with a safe and no carpet. good size bathroom and fantastic shower. toilet is quite small, sufficient. the only separation between the bathroom and room is a sliding door, a transparent window at the top and bottom, so if you are not very confident with the person you are travelling with, you are very modest, don't worry.
The bed might be more comfortable. And breakfast. It consists of a mini-buffet, with some fruit (not very varied), croissants or similar pastries, butter, jam and cereals. And then, a menu of dishes that they prepare at the moment in the kitchen. Which is fine, if you want to be eating poached eggs with bacon or smoked salmon throughout your stay. But if you don't, it's a pain in the ass. Besides, the fact that you have to order the dishes from the kitchen means that you have to wait for them to be served as if you were in a restaurant, which sometimes means long waits. Fewer pre-established dishes would be welcome, and a toaster and sausages to make your own bread.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the modern room features made my stay enjoyable. However, the complicated check-in process was frustrating.

the room was very noisy (road noise from Euston Road) - there was some secondary double glazing but this did not fit well enough to suppress the noise. the room as was also quite small (it should have really been a single room)

Noise disturbances from outside made for a restless night!!! Inconsistent air conditioning left me uncomfortably warm!!! Limited wardrobe space made it hard to settle in comfortably!!!

Walls are pretty thin separating some rooms so be prepared to experience noise depending on whereabouts your room is. Also, some rooms face out onto Euston Road - very busy midweek!

Our room was a dirty shoe box, the carpet was disgusting. It was noisy and the draft from the window made us put our coats on the bed to keep us warm. The television did not work and the receptionist just said sorry could not fix it. It was not worth £69 never mind £169. It really spoiled our New Years Eve.
